i don’t think those are ”gay pride drips” which according to traditional symbolism would look more like the pink triangles seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_triangle

they appear to be christmas lights, adorning the crucifix.

i suppose the owner of the tattoo might be able to clarify.
